Chester needed an excellent 'just out of town' restaurant and 'The Barn' is just that, the food, bar and service is just first class. Parking is easy; the bar is well stocked and comfortable. The staff are friendly and well trained - how refreshing is that. The menu is good, with dishes comprised of really good quality products that the chef prepares to a very high standard. Thankfully I only live about three miles away - what a bonus!

We had a friend’s birthday party there in the private dining room - we felt like celebs with our own VIP area and personal staff. Great food and service and amazing décor - will be going again soon.

The Barn is spot on! The food, service, décor, and ambience are perfect there. As a vegetarian a lot of places don't tend to cater very well for us, but The Barn provided probably the nicest meal I've ever eaten out. I look forward to returning, as this is without doubt the best restaurant in Cheshire. I loved the cow theme too!
