A perfect way to start an evening at the theatre, the food was great and the service second to none, along with a great wine list. It made my wife feel special and I had a really amazing evening, many thanks to them.

I have had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant twice this year and both times it has been really good. The service has been excellent and the food really delightful. As a single diner I have often been made to feel either rushed or worse still, as if I was taking up space, someone to stick in the corner and not to bother about. I was made to feel really welcome at Betorelli’s and I think this restaurant is the ideal place for a meal before a film or a show.

I’ve been there twice now. First time was excellent, hence the return visit. Second visit, last week, was less impressive. The service was far from attentive, but the main disappointment was when we came to pay the bill. Only at that point did we find out that the wine we had been drinking was not actually what we ordered, but a more expensive bottle. We were told we should have checked the label more closely - maybe so, but not a problem, I have ever encountered at any other restaurant I've been to. That’s something to be wary of.

My husband and I went to Bertorellis and found the service to be excellent. The food was delicious and wine, good. I would go again.

Fantastic! Booked Bertorelli`s online for a birthday meal for my Mrs, then read a few bad reviews and was going to cancel but thought I had better give it a try and I am so glad we did. The food was amazing! Service was super and staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant was booked for 8pm so a fairly busy time and a table of 20 people had just turned up but this did not stop or slow down the fantastic service! 10/10, take any bad reviews about this place with a pinch of salt and try it for yourself! A*

I had a business lunch at Bertorelli’s with very important clients and I really want to impress them since the beginning. The staff was very knowledgeable about the wine and the food was absolutely delicious. We were treated as VIP since we walked in and I could not believe myself!!

My clients were so pleased with the service that they decided to come back with their family! Thank you very much to all the staff and managers. I will definitely come back for more business lunches.

Absolutely the worst visit I have ever had to a restaurant. The service was disgraceful. I had the steak for main course. It was cut into three pieces. The first two was very tasty, the last piece was completely burnt from the bottom - it was all charcoal. I took one bite and almost vomited. We called the manager over to complain. He did not apologise and said that I should have told him about the meal before I ate the first two pieces. He sent the meal back to the chef and then had the cheek to charge us for it. We had a heated argument with him and threatened to leave without paying for anything. He finally gave in. The worst experience of my life!

We ate there last night and found it to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, the service was good - not too rushed/not too slow, the food was great, and the view of the Opera House stage door a bonus (we saw Angela Gheorghiu arriving for that evening's performance of Faust!). Will be dining there again soon, and would be happy to recommend to friends. When you go, do try the white chocolate cheesecake!

A very poor restaurant; we booked dinner for a party of four people. Service and decor were fine but the quality of the food well below par even for a restaurant that seems aimed firmly at Covent Garden tourists. My starter, an Italian country soup, was lukewarm and close to inedible; my main course, pannacotta, was a slight improvement but it was a close run thing. If you thought it was impossible to cook pasta badly, check this place out. Otherwise, one to avoid.
