Excellent freshly cooked pub food, no gastropub but beautiful surrounding and good honest food with plenty of it. Love it!

The food was great and the service was fantastic, yeah ok the food took a while but that is because it is all cooked from fresh. The pub is beautiful.

We have just eaten Sunday lunch there for my husband's birthday and it was a really pleasant experience. The food was good, the atmosphere great and the staff were extremely helpful. They even lit candles for a birthday cake I bought with me and entertained my kids. We will definitely be going back.

It was a very poor attempt at providing a simple plate of food. The service was terrible. We had to wait for two hours.

We had a family meal for sixteen on a Sunday. The place was very busy, but service was good and the food was outstanding. This is a great restaurant in a pub setting.
