This is a good lunchtime venue in Canary Wharf, far smarter than a bar and not as pricey as some restaurants. There is a good varied menu and ideal for groups too.

I have visited Browns Bar and Brasserie on a few occasions, the last being on a Saturday and we had an enjoyable meal. The atmosphere, service, and fish and chips were excellent. I recommend this restaurant.

We drifted in on a cold Monday evening and what a setting they have! The whole of the West India Quay is a stunning mix of decades old all brick rum warehouse, the river Thames and the majestic modern glass architecture.
I feel La Tasca is over rated and Browns is a far better bet - generous and tasteful with a great atmosphere even on a Monday. Steak is good and the snapper fish is delicious. The red house wine is excellent. Our bill came up to £40 for two people, with a couple of drinks each and of course great ambiance!

I was in the restaurant last Thursday night with friends and had a really good service there, especially from the really friendly and helpful bartender with the cool tattoos on his arm. I'll definitely comeback.

Visited Browns Restaurant recently and I must say how excellent the service and food was. It was on the spur of the moment choice and we really were impressed. Would definitely return again soon. Thanks to all staff.
