I've just moved to the area and couldn't believe my luck to find such a trendy bar/ restaurant near enough on my door step.. The staff like the food and cocktails are great and the atmosphere at the weekend really gets you in the mood for going out. What can I say, I LOVE IT.

This restaurant was brilliant. Dined there last night and must say food was delicious, service very attentive and atmosphere was great. My boyfriend and I shared the tapas platter (Thai fish popcorn was very tasty) and he had rib eye steak while I ate the swordfish both were prepared very well. After we shared a double chocolate brownie (a little dry) and coffees (just took 2 mins too long, but the bar was busy) I must say we were impressed as we stayed throughout the evening talking in the back bar restaurant area just watching the action in the front and sipping on our third coffee. Had a real nice time and would recommend it on to everyone else. M

Dined here last night and the place was really enjoyable. I must say the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was pretty nice. Food was exotic enough but not snobbish and the price was right. My girlfriend and I had a really nice time. Watched the footy and chatted for ages. The bartender at the start made us two perfect cosmopolitans and later offered to make us a couple of espresso martinis which we had..........orgasmic. Just too bad it was a little quiet but......it was a Monday and World Cup. However, perfect for treating the lady.

My friends and I eagerly awaited our experience at this highly talked about eatery and bar. The ambience of the place is unique and awe inspiring in parts. The wine list is excellent but we were a little disappointed by the food. Despite claims to be authentic native fare, we found the dishes (and we each sampled several) to be average, and although they were described in native terms, tended to be average bar fare. Having dined at several native restaurants during my stay in Arizona, I must say Cactus Blue was generally overpriced, dull and not very authentic.

A fun and funky restaurant/bar with great ambience and delicious food much more sophisticated than your average tex/mex. My only criticism was that when I ordered the "breads with flavoured oils" as a starter I did expect that the plural words meant I would get at least two varieties of each, but this was not the case. Despite this, the meal was highly enjoyable and I will definitely go again as there were several other things on the menu which I wanted to try.

The wine is very good, the service is good, the food is average and the price of the food is not worthy of its average stature. It is however a very friendly bar and a 'different' venue.
