It has really lovely, freshly prepared food with a great atmosphere and excellent service. It is also excellent value for money.

The mushroom starter was tasty although the sauce is served on top of the toast made it soggy. We tried the beef and lamb dishes, which were very simply presented - steamed or boiled vegetables, etc. but the beef and lamb itself were cooked in delicious sauces and were lovely and tender. The waiter was fantastic and altogether we had a lovely time.
