Emperors is the best restaurant in the area. We are regular visitors and have never been disappointed.

Totally agree with the previous two comments. In the 7 years that we have frequented Emperors, they still can deliver - in service, food and surroundings.

In all my thirty eight years I have not yet found another restaurant so nice anywhere in the country. Everything is perfect, I need not say more. You cannot find a better place.

We have lived in Warwick eleven years now and this has always been our favourite Chinese restaurant - lovely service, tranquil atmosphere and pretty interiors. We have tried many restaurants. The food is excellent, everything we've had has always been of a great quality and beautifully cooked - their spare ribs with chilli and salt and the sesame prawn toast are wonderful. The chicken in black bean sauce is the best I've ever had. We use their takeaway service all the time and it is always just as superb as the restaurant meal. We recommend this place highly.

We have been to Emperors many times and honestly recommend it to anyone. Class food, no pressure, and genuinely well priced - it's a real treat.

Being Chinese, I have always been critical about Chinese restaurants in the UK but I fell in love with Emperors after I went there for the first time four years ago. Since then I have been there many times and it has never let me down. Do try their Szechwan set menu. I have to say it's more Cantonese rather than Szechwan but who cares as long as its tasty! In addition, their hot and sour soup is among the best I have tried in UK. They have special menus for the Chinese New Year. The set menu is good too.

I have been eating at The Emperors for the last thirteen years. Every single time I've been the service has been prompt, attentive and friendly and the food is amazing. I've never tasted such beautiful tender beef anywhere else. It is simply the best restaurant in Warwickshire. Give it a try.

An excellent Chinese restaurant that we have visited many times over the past ten years. Consistently high quality food and attentive service. Try the five spice chicken wings, and the yuk shung. Avoid the set menus and dive into the a la carte sections.

Review by Caroline (7 August 2006)

I first visited Emperors last September, and although we had a short wait for our table, we relaxed with a drink in comfortable surroundings, it was very busy, a hive of activity, but once seated we found the service excellent, very prompt considering how busy it was, the restaurant has a homely, yet grand feel to it, and the food couldn't be faulted. It was delivered speedily with a hot plate to keep it warm, as a vegetarian I was met with many different meat free options. The only testing part of the evening was trying to get to grips with the chopsticks, but this just added to out enjoyment, we found it very reasonably priced and plan to return this weekend if we can get a table! Book early to avoid disappointment, an excellent restaurant!
