Everyman Bar and Bistro has good food, but it is not the 'cheap eats' that you might have heard it is. I'd say it's mid-range, but well worth it. The food is tasty, there is plenty of room and they are child-friendly, which goes a long way in this city. Negotiate the steep stairs at the entrance and you've got a better-than-average dining experience.

The place is OK if you like pre-cooked food warmed up in the microwave in front of you. On complaining that my lamb Rogan josh tasted nothing like a lamb Rogan josh (more a chicken and tomato stew), I was rudely informed that chef wouldn't cater for individual tastes, after which we voted with our feet and promptly left the already empty restaurant.

Everyman Bistro is a great place to eat - great food, friendly staff and the free WiFi connection is really handy. I highly recommend this restaurant.
