I have been to this restaurant twice now and have been happy both times. Normally eat out in London but this is a good local. Very reasonable well prepared food and excellent service.

Having visited the Restaurant several times, I can only agree with the review. Service is attentive but never over the top. The food is simply the best, full of flavour and well presented.
The Wine list is interesting and the atmosphere is very nice. This is the place you will want to come back to time and time again (and in order to get a table, you better not recommend it to a large number of your friends).

From arriving to departing, the service we received on this, our first visit to The French Table was second to none... aperitif offered as we were seated and then time to peruse their tantalising menu. I struggled to find a starter that I DIDN'T want and my main course of pan-fried calf's liver didn't disappoint, cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly and efficient with a relaxed surrounding within the restaurant. Having just moved to Surbiton, this establishment will be top of my list for a return visit in the very near future.
