As annual visitors to Cornwall and St Ives amongst other places, we first came across this restaurant not long after it first opened, as it was opposite the hotel we were staying in. We gave it a try and really never looked back. Superb food in a lovely atmosphere, good prices too. They are assured of our custom. You’d have to look pretty hard to find better. Long may they prosper.

We love this restaurant and regularly eat there and have takeaways which are every bit as good as the eat-in versions. It is a lovely restaurant and the waitress is very helpful.

We came across this restaurant by accident, and what a find it was. The food was amazing food, the décor great and the waitress really lovely. We now eat there regularly and I recommend it to everyone.

My husband and I recently stayed for a week in St Ives and happened upon the Gung Ho Restaurant. Firstly the decor was warm and inviting and conjured up the right atmosphere to compliment the cuisine. The food was absolutely delicious, so much so that we returned on our last night in St Ives to sample another Asian delight. If we come back to St Ives for another holiday, we will definitely make a return visit to the Gung Ho.
