An excellent meal in a great atmosphere, I had trout, which was perfectly done. Service was very good too and I definitely recommend it.

Wonderful value, good food, great price and pleasant ambiance - nice and airy in the summer with the big open doors.

I went with three friends for lunch yesterday and it was my first visit but now I can't wait to go back. The food, service and ambience were excellent and so was the price, it was the nicest meal I have had in a long time. I will certainly recommend this super restaurant to my friends.

My mother and I dined at Il Falconiere just last week. What a find! Even without a reservation, we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. The service was outstanding, and the meals were top notch. Everything tasted fresh, and you cannot beat the price.

We are from New Jersey and have enjoyed dinners at Il Falconiere. The fixed price dinner offers an adequate selection and the food and service have been excellent. Our daughter lives in South Ken and frequently eats lunch there.
We found this restaurant to be a "value find" with the decor, service and food quality equal to that of restaurants with much higher prices. I look forward to eating there on our next visit to London.
P.S. A gift certificate for dinner two makes an excellent birthday present.

My friends and I attend most Chelsea home games. We have lunched at Il Falconiere for two seasons now and cannot fault the service, the food or the value. Have the three course lunch for £10 and choose a pasta dish for main. The owner always sends a Limoncello over. We would not miss it.

Went with a party of about 25 and all the meals arrived together, hot and well presented. The quality from the set menu is amazing at the price. It's good business - people return again and again, that's why they've been part of the South Ken scene for 25 years.

Excellent value for money. Although North Londoners with extensive experience of London eateries we have returned repeatedly. The service can be aloof - but who's complaining?

Mostly the food was acceptable though mediocre - no better than you would expect for somewhere fairly cheap. However, as a lifelong chocaholic I have never before left most of my desert uneaten - it was just too rubbery to swallow. The major failing was the service - the staff were brusque and unfriendly, food was dumped on the table with no care or finesse, I generally felt unwelcome.
Towards the end of the meal I felt very thirsty and asked for the water jug to be refilled. When no water was brought after 10 minutes, I asked again, saying that I urgently needed some water - yet this too had no effect.
The third time I asked, the waiter said "If you don't stop moaning I definitely won't bring you any" - I was horrified. It wasn't until I was practically in tears and saying that I thought I might be ill if I didn't get some water soon that he finally condescended to fetch me some.

My husband and twin sons, now age 10, and parents-in-law traveled to London from US for 1 week 3 years ago. We stayed at a hotel in South Kensington and luckily found Il Falconiere. I think we ate there 3 times in one week. Little did we know then, that we would eventually live in Surrey. Whenever we are in London, we make the effort to dine at Il Falconiere, and tell all of our friends that go into London to give it a try! Ciao, Tari S Black
