After hearing great reviews from friends we decided to go along for a birthday treat. On arrival we found the staff very welcoming, drinks and nibbles served in a compact bar area where our order was taken to avoid waiting at the table. Very enjoyable meal, only thing I would change is the desserts - after some lovely, well presented, tasty food it was a bit of a disappointment. It’s quite pricey for the local area, £150ish for four people, but worth a visit for a special treat. Be warned, rumour has it that it is hard to get booked as the dining room is very small but we managed it with a few weeks notice.

I absolutely love this restaurant. I have eaten there so many times and have never ever been disappointed. The food looks and tastes great and the waiting members of staff are always polite. Love it!

The view whilst dining in this restaurant is spectacular. The starter was fantastic but I was disappointed, after requesting a medium to well done steak, to receive a bright pink piece of meat with blood on my plate. The waiting staff did not come to the table until all my fellow diners had finished and then asked if I would like it cooked more, at which point I stated it was a little late. There was no offer of an apology or the offer of taking the cost off the bill, which was disappointing. I would not hurry back.

What a lovely place to eat at, with great view of the Thames and food that looked and tasted better than the view! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. However, I recommend booking if you want to eat on Saturday night. It’s worth it.
