We enjoyed a really tasty, well prepared and presented meal last week. We both had starters with the addition of bread and salad. Our main courses were of good proportions and again extremely enjoyable. The waitress was really pleasant and was more than willing to explain the dishes on offer. The price was appropriate to the food and service we received. We will definitely be making use of this restaurant again on any subsequent shopping trips and recommend to our friends and family.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant and the customer service offered. I visited this place last weekend and my nine year old daughter wanted the king prawns in garlic. The waitress was aware that this dish was for a child and when the dish was served it, there were just five king prawns, hardly a main meal, with the full shell and heads on. I gave my meal to my daughter and at the end of the meal the waitress asked if we enjoyed our meal? When I told her about the prawns not being suitable for a child and the way they were served should have been mentioned, as she was aware it was for a child, she said she would speak to the manager who dismissed the complaint and did not wish to speak to me. I had already paid but just wanted the opportunity to address this issue with the manager. I emailed Loch Fyne restaurant regarding this and still waiting for a response.

Fantastic, fresh seafood and excellent service provided in a refreshing, relaxed atmosphere – I thoroughly recommend this place.
