This was our first visit to the Olive Press at Leeds, we have been to the other ones in the North West. It's a great location and has parking! Food was really good - can recommend the porchetta and the Olive Press burger. Good portion sizes and good value, friendly, laid back atmosphere, and family friendly – we would definitely go back.

We booked at the last minute and were a bit apprehensive if they had free tables. We went with little expectation and on arrival at around 7.10pm, it was pretty empty, but we had the most amazing time. We had a lovely drink at the bar before being seated at a table, which was at a nice distance from neighbours', and the food was amazing. The antipasto platter was delicious - fresh meat, anchovies, salad and olives. We went for appetisers, starters and mains and didn't feel overly full - the portions were spot on and the quality of the food was top-notch. This place is fully recommended and we will definitely go back as soon as possible. This is a fabulous place.

My boyfriend and I like to try new places and after reading good reviews I thought we could give The Olive Press a go for his birthday. I was able to book a table online, which made it easier although I was a bit sceptical about how valid this was. When we got there we managed to park right outside, which was convenient and were shown to our table straight away. The waiters were very welcoming and the food was quick to arrive. I would definitely recommend The Olive Press to friends. Although if I were to go again I think I would choose something else off the menu. As lovely as the food was, what I ordered was not what I expected.

My sister and I were staying in Leeds for a shopping weekend, and we had a great meal there on Saturday night. I suggest you book a table as it did get busy after 8p.m. We will definitely eat there again.

We had the most fantastic experience at the Olive Press. I went on Sunday for lunch with my two toddlers and sister in law. We were made to feel so welcome and it was such a breath of fresh air to go to a place where children are truly welcome, and you can get decent food both for them and us. I just wish they would open one in Harrogate, which is closer to home. It is well worth the trip if you have little ones and want an enjoyable lunch.

We enjoyed a fantastic lunch at the Olive Press; the scallops were mouth watering, with good food and service in a great setting. It was nice to watch the boats in the dock, while chilling with a glass of wine.

Monday night is family night and we are always on the look out for child friendly restaurants. Olive Press is ideal for families with children. They were entertained making their own pizzas at the table and every last morsel was devoured. We had a relaxing meal due to the children being happy, which is not very often when dining out. We also had pizzas, which were less than £6 on a Monday. The attentive and friendly staff made the whole night very enjoyable.

I recently went to Olive Press in Leeds with my family and the whole experience was great - from the friendly, efficient service to the fantastic and well priced food. We had a lovely table, which overlooked the canal and gave a nice setting to our meal. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone; couples, corporate lunches or even just someone looking for a relaxing meal out.

My partner and I dined at Olive Press after a long week at work and soon found our troubles drifting away. They were replaced with delicious food, excellent wine and an extremely generous level of service. We were seated by the window, which offered us a wonderful view over the canal while we ate and not only that, but the prices were very reasonable too. I think that we will make Olive Press our regular Friday night haunt.

A business colleague of mine recommended the new Olive Press to me recently and I'm really pleased they did. The place had a really good vibe; the food and service were second to none. The menu had plenty of choices and is reasonably priced. I don’t usually write restaurant reviews but after a fantastic evening, I feel compelled to tell people how good this place is.
