I went for the fixed price early menu - terrific value. The food was very good, and portions were not the anorexia-friendly sizes sometimes associated with fixed price - also good amount of choice for fixed price. The service was very attentive. I will be going again.

We found the restaurant quite by accident after our chosen restaurant was full. Don't be put off by the entrance! The food was superb and the service friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We had a pre-starter, fennel cappuccino I think, which set the tone for the other courses - perfectly judged with good choice and well prepared. Out of a number of weekend trips to Harrogate, this is by far the best restaurant we've tried. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

I've eaten David's food before at his previous restaurant, so was most excited to be dining at his own place. It was fantastic! We had mussels to start with and they are the best I've ever eaten. The signature dish of OSB fish pie was packed full of sea food delights, including king prawns and scallops.

The duck my partner had was melt in the mouth. Highly recommended place to dine in - unpretentious surroundings and truly good food.

It’s absolutely fantastic. There are so many great options and they are all delicious. There’s something for everyone. The waitresses are warm and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great meal.

It is a great find and has fantastic and imaginitive food, beautifully presented by friendly and knowledgable staff. It also has a good, varied wine list. With the atmosphere buzzing without being overly loud, I shall certainly be returning before long.

This brasserie and restaurant really is fantastic. I eat out a great deal and am so glad that I found this place. Perhaps it is not the most obvious of locations, but certainly has the best meal I have had in Harrogate. The food is truly spectacular and this is matched with a great wine and beer selection. The waiting staff also deserve a mention as they seem to just know what you want from them.

It’s pretty impressive. I went in on a Wednesday night due to a recommendation from a friend, and was delighted to find he was right. The food was of superb quality, the service was excellent too, very vivacious waitress and the Malbec was splendid. Seriously, it’s good prices for the standard of food. I tried to book a table for Saturday though, and it was full, maybe it is catching on.
