We visited Pizza Express in Cranleigh on a Saturday evening at about 6pm and were treated very well. I was apprehensive due to the other reviews, but we had an excellent meal with excellent service. I would happily return again.

Very disappointing. I am a huge fan of Pizza Express but this restaurant lets the chain down. Food on the floor and on tables is left and not cleaned up, service was lacklustre. I have tried this five times over the past few years and only once was it acceptable (when the manager was present).

Have eaten here twice and on both occasions have been treated not particularly well. I love Pizza Express pizzas but unfortunately the staff and atmosphere always let the restaurant down. It would be nice to be greeted with a smile and made feel welcome!
