I loved it, the food was fantastic and I'm very fussy. The house red wine was absolutely gorgeous, must find out what it was? I will be returning.

I booked a meal at this restaurant and was not really impressed at the decor and lack of tablecloths etc. The menu was definitely overpriced and the advertised online as a £15 menu. Ordering from the main menu resulted in a £65 bill, which was twice what I was expected to pay when booking. The management also argued regarding my dining discount and had a flippant attitude. I left very disappointed.

We came to Shimla Pink Manchester last year and we were so impressed. We loved it. It’s definitely on the same level as Aagrah in Leeds where we eat mostly. We loved the fruity naan, but can't find it anywhere else!!??

Went with a large group of colleagues, so I got to try quite a few different items. Food quality certainly beats the average Rusholme fare, but you have to pay heavily for it. Service efficient, however you get the feeling that they're taking every opportunity to bump up the bill.
Very good place if you're not too worried about cost - but not brilliant. The new flashy Indian on Princess St, EastZEast, serves better food somewhat cheaper, is similarly stylish, but more cool and funky.
