Spago Restaurant Reviews

We went to Spago for our anniversary, the food was divine and the service was first class. We would definitely go again.

My family and friends have visited the restaurant for the last two New Year Eves. We have been made to feel really welcome and the food has always been delicious, and we have just booked for this New Year and can't wait.

Spago is a nice menu change to most restaurants in Newcastle. Wonderfully tasty food, very friendly service, excellent presentation and lovely airy feel. Great for light lunches - starters are awesome!

I like to come back to this restaurant again and again. Not only is it convenient to me and all he countless other students living in Jesmond, but it serves some gorgeous food too. Slightly dubious about whether the accents are as real as they make out though! The waiters are fantastic fun and the last time my friend went she was swept off her feet dancing with them, simply for expressing an interest in salsa dancing! Main courses which are not on the pizza or pasta lists may be a little over priced in my opinion.

This restaurant offers a good variety of food and the service is generally good and prompt. However I do want to warn you about the service charge they add on at the end of the meal, this considerably increases the bill total and therefore when ordering you must be aware of this.
