Baronial Dining Room, The

The house is located just a few hundred yards north of the highland village of Strathyre on the A84 between Callander and Balquhidder. The recently renovated Green Welly Stop has a forty-year-old history and is today a far cry from its humble beginnings as a post office and then a general store. The Inn at Kippen may be almost unrecognisable to former habitués of the Crown, as it was until 2003, but by today's standards most would welcome a change for the better.
