Seafood at the Brasserie is within The Palace Hotel in Peterhead, located in the North East of Scotland, bringing a touch of class in food to an area that is rich in raw ingredients, but otherwise rather less well endowed with places to eat them in style.

As befits a fishing port has a large selection of fresh local seafood on the menu, with dishes such as stir fry of king scallop and king prawn with fresh ginger and garlic set on a bed of softened Chinese leaves; fillet of local haddock pan fried with sesame seeds and served with a fresh tomato and basil sauce and Baked Scottish salmon served on a bed of leek puree and topped with a mature cheddar cheese sauce.

Naturally you also find Aberdeenshire steak - with a variety of cuts - and other fine ingredients that Scotland is so famous for.
