At the restaurant Jason Bruno Birkbeck, Chef de Cuisine, and his brigade are busy creating truly memorable food. Whether it is fish from the Loch or strawberries from the kitchen garden, they will all become part of the professional, skilled, but simply created dishes which are the menus of Loch Torridon Country House Hotel.

Choices on the carte could run from: terrine of braised highland free range pork and duck foie gras with globe artichoke, toasted homemade sour dough and home pickled chutney; steamed rolled Scottish lemon sole, and hand dived Loch Ewe scallops.

However, leave space for their exceedingly filing puddings that include garden blackcurrant trifle, peanut butter cheese cake and chocolate fudge slices.

A sensible selection of house wines, well chosen and of good value, are on hand to accompany the meals.
