The restaurant at the Best Western Links Hotel, at Montrose, offers an exciting mix of Scottish and Continental cuisine in an elegant ambience. It has been awarded one AA Rosette in recognition of its high standards. Every Sunday sees a carvery lunch in the afternoon and a carvery and grill in the evening.

This à la carte restaurant offers a seasonally changing menu that takes advantage of fresh local produce and products. Dinner or lunch could include melted goat's cheese on toasted brioche, haggis en croute served on a bed of winter vegetables, pan fried Scottish salmon stuffed with king prawns, roast Gressingham duck breast with braised dark puy lentils and poached haddock filled with spinach and shallots. Desserts such as mango and raspberry cheesecake and apple, or pears and sultana crumble with Grand Marnier custard bring the meal to a satisfying end. Guests can unwind in the cocktail bar before dinner.
