Chef/proprietor, Chris Barber spent 11 years as personal chef to HRH The Prince of Wales, he has also undertaken stages in France and Italy and has worked with some of Britain's finest chefs. He is the former owner of The Goose at Britwell Salome, which achieved great success as one of Britain's most highly rated pub restaurants.
