This was the first Browns and opened in 1973 with one simple guiding belief, that classic food, well delivered in a stylish environment would be a recipe for success. Gars Restaurant
Conveniently located near the seafront and offering good value for money with what most seem to regard as Chinese food with attitude. It's always busy, which of course may only prove there are not enough restaurants to go round in Brighton, though from my experience that is not the case.
