Named after the local area, and nowhere near a roundabout, the Best Western Roundabout Hotel is situated in the heart of the West Sussex countryside, eight miles north of Worthing.

Featuring tapestries, beams and oak furniture, it combines comfort and service to create a relaxed atmosphere with a hint of luxury, and after a long day you could relax in the beautiful surroundings of the garden or in front of a roaring log fire for those winter days.

The restaurant serves an imaginative range of freshly created dishes and the menu takes in everything from a flaked salmon and asparagus salad to zesty lamb tikka. A main course of poached stuffed chicken is filled with broccoli and served with chive butter sauce and a dice of pork in a caper, grain mustard and white wine sauce appears with Yorkshire pudding. There is mascarpone and lime cheesecake or chocolate mousse to give your meal the sweetest of endings!

Comfortably located with views over the Arun Valley into the South Downs, this 16th century house is a landmark to quiet efficiency blended with charm. Whilst the daily changing menu offers modern dishes of understated flair there is more than a hint of traditional approach and the combination makes for a happy conclusion.
