Another of those fortunate coastal hotels with superb views, this time over the Conwy Valley, and old Trefriw Quay providing the outlook for the restaurant. There is a choice of brasserie, Kings, or restaurant, Queens. Quite what this says about the approach to eating by The Great Divide I have yet to fathom, beyond saying that I found myself much more at home in the brasserie. Either way the food is good, home-produced and plentiful. I meant to enquire where the loin of pork originated from - it was excellent. Adequate wine list with house wine at £8.50.
