A monthly changing menu assures patrons that only the best seasonal and local produce is used in the modern country fare and diners can choose to sit in the quiet elegance of the panelled room or the verdant exuberance of the garden room and terrace. From the à la carte you could come to expect foie gras and ginger parsnip followed by rib of black beef, carrot, swede and black pepper mash with fiery red wine gravy. Finally end with the chocolate and whisky cheesecake or the Welsh cheeseboard. The global wine list is extensive, featuring some local Cardiff and Pembroke favourites as well.
