Pilgrims
Chris, Janet and Simon Clark opened Pilgrims on July 11th 2000. The restaurant is situated just a few yards from the harbour and less than a minutes walk from the town car park. Brixham is a very busy fishing port (fifth largest in the country), which is famous for having the best quality Dover and lemon soles, skate, sea bass, occasional monk fish and more mackerel, sprat, herring, dog fish and grey mullet than you can shake a stick at.

Quayside Restaurant, The
Another of those developments by the seaside that have gradually absorbed former dwelling houses as they have expanded. Not unnaturally the menu monitors on the abundant fruits of the sea and there is something singularly satisfying about looking out over the harbour as you enjoy them in transposed form.

Restaurant at The Maypool Park Hotel
Run by the Peacock family this wonderfully located hotel with restaurant at the heart of the English Riviera, offers uncomplicated, well-prepared food, much of it locally sourced, including some wine from the nearby vineyards.
