Brasserie Restaurant

This old Inn dating from 1639 has achieved new status and a new owner in the form of Peter de Savary, he of Skobo Castle fame, and a few other places besides. Under his experienced eye it has become once more an important part of the village and offers high class cuisine in very smart but not overpowering surroundings.

Palm Court Dining Room at Bovey Castle

An elegant Victorian hotel with splendid sweeping views over Dartmoor, the restaurant is a beautiful Art Deco syle ballroom and the food is locally sourced for the traditional cuisine served. A good wine list with some interesting bins lurking for those who are prepared to take their time.
