The smoked salmon chowder is a sure winner and is closely challenged by the likes of Trapper's Creek Alaskan reindeer sausage and cheddar cheese for breakfast. Grilled king salmon or Alaskan halibut supreme could be preceded by Gwin's beefy macho nachos or tortilla chips with homemade salsa at dinnertime.
