The kitchen aspires to support local sustainable agriculture and with a menu that keeps pace with the seasons, there could be starters of gnocchi with braised short ribs, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, Parmigiano and reduced braising sauce, and fried calamari with grilled escarole, citrus zest, roasted pepper and tomato sauce. For mains, the mild-flavored cod comes wrapped in a puff pastry while pork chops are brined and served with a red pepper relish. Desserts are quite straightforward with a chocolate pyramid anglaise paired with a dark chocolate mousse and whipped cream.
