Das Dutchman Essenhaus offers something for everyone - with 6 gift shops, a home-style bakery, seasonal carriage rides and a miniature golf course, an inn with 89 bedrooms, a 4,000 square feet conference centre and of course, one of the largest family restaurants in Indiana, which can seat 1100 people - the establishment makes sure no one ever grows tired of visiting them!

Their restaurant is best known for Amish and Mennonite home style cooking where straightforward dishes such as broasted chicken, roast beef, baked steak, and real mashed potatoes with rich homemade gravy delight customers. The theme of simplicity continues with accompaniments like tossed salad, homemade bread dressing, corn, green beans, bread with apple butter and special Amish peanut butter.
