The Malt Shop has been serving some of the best malts, milkshakes, burgers, salads and sandwiches since 1973. The best part of the restaurant is that most of their dishes are created from scratch and cooked to order, all using ingredients of good quality. It is not surprising that the Shop is a much loved destination for Minneapolis families to relax and dine.
Start your meal with one of the homemade soups accompanied by a plate of chicken wings, mozzarella sticks and onion rings or an oriental grilled chicken salad. Sandwiches such as Malt Shop clubhouse of roast turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato and salad dressing on whole wheat, white or rye bread is served with French fries, fresh fruit or cottage cheese.
Classics include grilled salmon, spicy beef enchilada and a lovely spinach and mushroom lasagne. Don't forget to try one of the signature malts like the strawberry, peach or orange.
The children's menu has over a dozen selections and each meal includes a beverage and ice cream.

Keegan's might be located in Minneapolis but the authentic Irish pub is designed and built thousands of miles away in Waterford, Ireland! The design was completed in late 2001 and the pub was then transported via container ship and train in January, 2002.
Pop in for a perfect Guinness that comes all the way from Dublin and enjoy the experience of spending time in the Edwardian interior of Keegan's. The pub hosts regular live entertainment at nights but even if you don't get a chance to be there for one, take the opportunity to entertain yourselves by practicing the fine art of conversation.
Start your meal with Irish cheeses or a warm tomato basil soup. Salads such as buffalo chicken; ham, turkey and shredded cheese and fresh greens signal the start of a hearty meal. Move on to a slow-roasted roast beef or tuna sandwich, a traditional dinner of corned beef, shepherd's or steak and Guinness pie, or comfort foods of sweet garlic pasta or beef stew. Brunch specialities include Irish breakfasts, burritos and bacon and eggs.
