The Flying T Chuckwagon was established in 1979, and serves local beef and buffalo, along with own recipes of barbeque and vegetarian baked beans. It is nestled in a beautiful valley just six miles outside Rapid City, next to Reptile Gardens, and offers dinner and show and unique merchandise.

The menu is your choice of barbeque beef, buffalo or seasoned grilled chicken including the tasty trimmings of a cowboy potato, homemade baked beans, applesauce, a homemade biscuit and honey, fresh baked spice cake, and your choice of cowboy coffee or lemonade. Other beverages including beer, old fashioned sodas and malt beverages are also available.

The show that follows is a professional, lively music mix including cowboy ballads, country swing, and bluegrass favourites that will entertain the whole family and leave everyone with a smile and song in their hearts.
