Dos Locos brings Mexican cuisine to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, delivering a variety of dishes prepared with the finest and freshest ingredients. This family restaurant serves generous portions of food in a friendly atmosphere.

Start with jalapeno poppers, six cheddar cheese stuffed jalapeno peppers, deep fried and served with pepper jam and black bean skins, potato skins filled with black bean chilli and cheese served with sour cream.

The American flare part of the menu lists exciting dishes such as cheese steak with sautéed onions, peppers, tomatoes and lettuce in a flour tortilla with romaine and ginger vinaigrette and two sets of seafood senor, grilled shrimp, scallops and fish with rice and salad. For main course order lobster enchilada, two lobster filled corn tortillas topped with chipotle cream sauce, cheese and sour cream and battered cod rolled with cabbage, tomatoes, cheese and special white sauce served with lime.

Thanks to the dedication of Susan and Robert Wood, the Cultured Pearl has become a popular Eastern Shore Japanese restaurant. Their passion for good food has helped them build a loyal customer base and a team of some of the area's best chefs.

Keeping Japanese architecture in mind, Susan has used bamboo, flowing water, koi and live birds to make the interior very unique. The sushi and drinking bar tops are made from a beautifully crafted single black walnut tree, while a 15,000 gallon rooftop 'lake' is home to different aquatic species and customers can dine there in raised gazebos.

The menus offer something for everyone to enjoy, from sushi to oriental and American cuisine. Consider starting your meal with a plate of saka mushi, littleneck clams steamed in sake, or a maple ginger glazed salmon. Move on to the house favourite of tempura shrimp; flavoursome maki, or sushi of say salmon sake, Arctic surf clam, baby octopus, and tilapia.
