The menu highlights tomato fennel seafood bisque of fresh scallops, crab, white fish and lobster stock with cream and a touch of spice, and apple wood smoked bacon frittata with broccoli and red onion sautéed with three eggs, topped with Swiss cheese and finished in the oven.
An Acadian omelet of Andouille sausage, red onion, baby spinach and pepperjack cheese served at breakfast could be just the right way to start your day.
