Choice of meatballs with tomato, fennel, leek and saffron sauce or carpaccio of beef tenderloin with arugula and shave parmesan sets the ball rolling. Pasta selection of herbed fettuccine with scallops, shrimp and pancetta in a tomato-fennel sauce marks an interesting interlude. As the meal progresses, entrées like pan seared, hoisin glazed Atlantic salmon with jasmine rice and crab salad or Berkshire pork ossobuco, polenta cake and apple cider reduction make a final splash.
