Modern amenities are available but in ways that might be unrecognizable to most urbanites, because they are powered by solar electricity and food is prepared the old fashioned way, using non electric methods.

Pizzas from the wood fired brick oven, a hickory fueled barbecue pit where ribs and steaks are grilled to your liking are some of the popular choices at their restaurant. Other dishes include lasagna, stuffed Cornish hen, steak Florentine and custom-made personal gourmet pizzas. All entrées are accompanied by fresh, organic garden salad and garlic bread and you could wrap up the meal pleasantly with a baked apple dessert.
