A family friendly setting with friendly staff and an array of specialties from pizza and pasta to seafood dinners and daily specials make Sonny's Italian Restaurant in Round Lake Road the typical neighborhood hub for a good meal.  Relax and unwind as the fresh robust flavors take over at lunch or dinner.

Dishes of chicken tenders, French fries, onion rings and spicy chicken wings get the meal off to an appetizing start. Follow it up with a classic pizza or homemade macaroni before moving on to mains of chicken or veal parmigiana, sausage and peppers, baked ziti or linguine with broccoli with clam sauce. A seafood dinner of baked haddock or shrimp scampi could be equally satisfying. Daily specials could include spaghetti and meatballs, eggplant parmigiana, veal and peppers and linguine and clam sauce. A range of soups, salads and hot and cold subs offer more variety. Family bucket meals and a lite menu give diners other options.

Schenectady, derived from a Mohawk word for 'on that side of pinery', 'or near the pines', is in eastern New York, near the confluence of the Mohawk and Hudson rivers. Castelo's has been owned and operated by Bill and Laurie Kownack for over ten years. This modern and stylish restaurant on 183 Nott Terrace Road has been in the city for the past four years serving Italian, Greek and American cuisine in a casual family atmosphere.

The venue is a treat for those who believe that there's no better way to relax than to enjoy good food. Who can possibly fail to be tempted by starters such as Maryland crab cakes, served with sweet mustard sauce; and lightly breaded tender calamari with spicy cocktail sauce, and jumbo wings? You could follow it up with their famous chicken parmesan, grilled sirloin steak, chicken Santorini, or seafood marinara - shrimp, scallops and clams simmered in a chunky sauce.

They serve bottled beer, mixed drinks, and a value priced wine list many of which are available by the glass.
