A tempting entrée selection includes traditional favourites like chicken Milanese with baby arugula, tomato salad and fresh mozzarella, parmesan crusted halibut with tomato 'concasse', chives and white wine reduction, and certified Angus NY strip steak with potato frites, parmesan and truffle aioli.
