This remarkable restaurant, at times, seems like four venues rolled into one, when you consider the deck outside with the bar and al fresco seating, whereas inside there's a New York style high energy bar as well as a fine dining space which combines seamlessly to create a clubby atmosphere come evening.

Dishes could include appetizers of seafood fondue, with crab and shrimp in a rich cheesy sauce, lightly baked and served with fried pita chips followed by an entree of sautéed chicken breasts and scallops in a lemon, white wine and garlic sauce. The hot rock specialities, meat cooked on a slab of volcanic rock, are definitely worth a try.  Finish with a light peanut butter pie and there's a wide choice of wines available by the glass or bottle at Flinchy's.
