Willowtree Inn on Anne Street reflects the sensibilities of laidback and leafy Stroudsburg. This is where you can bring the recipe of a favorite dish that grandma used to make and have the chef cook it for you. The view from the dining room's rear takes in the McMichael's Creek and a grand old willow tree. The meal can also be enjoyed on the outside upper deck area.

The concise menu offers contemporary American food. For lunch, expect dishes like Sole Amandine, sole fillet topped with sliced almonds over rice with house beurre blanc, Wayfarer, open faced hickory smoked turkey breast sandwich, and Napoleon, grilled chicken breast with pesto and Swiss cheese baked in a Portuguese roll. For dinner, appetizers like mushrooms del rey, shrimp cocktail and mozzarella and red pepper lead the way, to be followed by entrees like chicken parmesan, sirloin steak au bleu, scampi and crab Calais, Maryland blue crab heated in butter and sherry and served with mushrooms and asparagus. The Willowtree does luncheon and dinner banquets and has scheduled entertainment every Thursdays and Fridays.
