Refresh yourself with salad of grilled golden pear, arugula with proscuitto or baby spinach, if you wish. Choosing either beef teriyaki stir fry with jasmine rice, ginger and sesame or sautéed shrimp and penne with plum tomato, fresh cut basil and Vermont goat cheese for the main course could be a good idea. If you would like to share then consider slow roasted Atlantic salmon with barley risotto and lobster beurre blanc or white bean cassoulet with pork shoulder, duck confit, hot sausage and aromatic vegetables to make a hearty meal.
