Start off with a sample platter of jalapeño peppers, chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks served with a ranch dressing and marinara sauce and to assuage your tapas cravings there's crab and cream cheese Rangoon, which comes wrapped in a wonton and then fried and served with spicy orange marmalade. Those with a small appetite could choose the spicy Cajun grilled chicken with cheese tortellini and tomatoes in a salsa cream sauce, while hearty eaters could plump for the Two Brothers Black Angus meatloaf topped with sweet onion gravy and a served with cheddar scallion mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.

For desserts go the classic way with apple crisp tossed in brown sugar and cinnamon and baked with a rolled oat topping.
