Harbor Grille, The (Charleston)
We visit Charleston every year and have found Harbor Grille almost by mistake, grabbing a bite before a boat tour. I had a great lunch - clam chowder and turkey, bacon and brie half sandwich. Nothing can beat the view. I thoroughly enjoyed it and we will be back every year.
Claude & Annie's - Airport (Indianapolis)
I have eaten there countless times and I love their food. I normally get a chef's salad, that’s awesome. The lettuce is fresh and my husband normally picks the pork tenderloin and he loves it. He says it’s the best. Plus the employees are very nice and upbeat, thanks for the great food.
Itzocan Bistro (New York)
The food at Itzocan is delicious, and I have had several excellent meals there, over the past few years. However, I think it is important to note that there is gratuity included in the bill, which is neither obvious nor a standard policy for large parties. So enjoy your meal, but don't tip twice!
Leo's Chow Mein (Saint Paul)
I've been getting take-out from Leo's since the early 80's. It's consistently good and my absolute favourite is the shrimp with lobster sauce. I've tried this at many other Chinese restaurants, and Leo's is by far the best. I used to live close to the restaurant, but now I travel many miles out of my way to get the best Oriental food in the Twin Cities from Leo's.
Bull Market Restaurant (Columbia)
I am in love with the whole restaurant! My friends and I love the happy hour specials and go there almost every other day after work! And Friday nights with the band on the patio are wonderful! I had the pork there and it was outstanding. We will keep coming back as it’s a great place to meet friends and hang out and eat great food or just have some drinks. I love this place.
Pizza Cucina (Newport)
Pizza Cucina now serves gluten free pizza and it’s wonderful. It’s the best pizza I’ve had in twenty five years.
Mexico Viejo (Columbus)
It’s my favourite place to eat and for my family as well. You can’t beat the food and the prices are fair too.
Tanyas Pizzeria (Baltimore)
I really like this place. The owner is onsite everyday and makes the food fresh, from scratch. The pizza is made from real cheese, a rarity considering most places use that vegetable oil stuff. My favourite entrées are the gyro platter and chicken parmesan. I definitely will eat there again and would recommend this place to others too.
J & R'S Pizza (Canal Winchester)
Their pizza is awesome, and the service is wonderful!
Back Room Of The Night Owl (Columbia Falls)
I lived in Columbia Falls, Montana for about a year before I moved back to Medford, Oregon. I can honestly say that when we are thinking of a place to visit, The Backroom of the Night Owl is top on the list. Being a rib fan, and travelling the good 'ol US of A with work and the military, they have the best ribs in the world! This is not just a figure of speech. If you go there you had better find something else around there you want to see again because you will be back for the food. After you have dinner in the Back Room, be sure to return in the morning that is if you’re hungry again by then, and try there breakfast in the Night Owl Cafe. Steve Marquesen and Son Jay really know their food, especially their ribs. I would fully recommend planning a whole family vacation on the Back Room of the Night Owl Restaurant itself.
