With a catchphrase that reads 'Let the good times roll' you don't have to try too hard to guess what's happening at Cajun Café. River side dining, fun-filled atmosphere and delicious Cajun food - it's as close to Louisiana as it can get - all this in a lovely old shack on Cross Bayou.

Starters of the moist crawfish cornbread, alligator bites or the jambalaya bowl of andouille sausages, Cajun smoked sausages, tasso, chicken and tomatoes could follow with their traditional beef po-boy of slow roasted marinated beef served on a po-boy bun, dressed with shredded Savoy cabbage, or lettuce and drizzled with homemade gravy. Lunchtime specials could feature smoked stuff pork, meatloaf, burritos and boudin. Their crawfish, shrimp or chicken etoufeé's are a rage, smothered in buttery tomato and served with a roux-based sauce while those with a stronger palate could try the piquant alligator sauce.

Cajun Café also offers over 70 craft beers with 14 of them on draught.
