Mason's brings a touch of sophisticated flair to Easton in its relaxing restaurant which has as many as seven dining rooms, each unique and spelling the ultimate in chic comfort. Designed to suit your moods and needs, these rooms are spread across two Victorian homes that have been sympathetically restored to reflect the essence of this historic Maryland town.

The menus are inspired by the local produce as well as the bounty from Chesapeake Bay and you might find starters of lobster bisque and brandy cream or steamed Cape Cod mussels with white wine, clam juice, garlic and sweet Thai chilli. Move down to a delicious main course of chicken piccata, roasted broccoli, jasmine rice and lemon-caper beurre blanc or the filet mignon with beef marrow and thyme jus. End this round of decadence with a chocolate mousse cup with raspberry sauce.

The wine list offers an eclectic selection with some extravagant as well as down to earth choices to match the occasion.
