Matteo's Hoboken Café is located next to Matteo's Restaurant in Westwood Boulevard, Los Angeles, considered by many to be the area's most renowned and charming restaurant, where generations of the rich and famous have gathered to clink cocktail glasses and enjoy fine tasting Italian cuisine. The establishment was founded by Matty Jordan who owned and ran the establishment for more than thirty-five years since 1963.

Jordan was born in Hoboken, New Jersey, and the relaxed café pays tribute to Italian-Americans such as Frank Sinatra and Matty Jordan.

Start your meal there with a plate of stuffed artichokes and progress to The Amalfi Coast salad of baby greens, oven-roasted salmon, green beans, roasted peppers, olives, hard-boiled egg and tomato, before considering The Godfather panini of salami, mortadella, prosciutto and mozzarella; a pizza, or spaghetti with meat sauce. Main courses range from veal Parmigiana and hearty beef or lamb stews to chicken Marsala and pan-seared calamari steak. 

Desserts on offer may well display tiramisu and hot fudge brownie sundae.
