Piatti's Restaurant is a welcoming and warm Italian trattoria tucked away in a small shopping centre in the hills of Montecito. Sporting a relaxed and cosy ambience, the restaurant has a large dining space with quaint wooden furniture, hand painted murals, a beautiful fireplace, vibrant gardens and large open bay windows giving the space a bright and cheerful look. The food is a blend of traditional and modern Italian fare. The dishes are freshly prepared consisting of pastas of gnocchi, roasted with wild mushrooms, pancetta and white truffle cream, and signature pizza dishes of margherita, with fresh mozzarella, parmesan, crushed tomato sauce and basil. Besides this are dishes of panini tacchino, with roasted turkey breast, bacon, provolone, arugula and basil aioli, and Caesar's salad of romaine, grana padona, toasted crostini and garlic anchovy dressing.
An extensive list of fine Italian wines as well as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, complement the delectable cuisine perfectly.
