This commitment to quality results in a delicious variety including calamari sautéed with peas and spinach in a spicy marinara sauce, fresh Manila clams in a spicy tomato broth, potato gnocchi with cream sauce and farfalle with chicken, broccoli and parmesan cheese sauce.  You could also sample thin chicken or veal medallions with chopped tomatoes, baby artichokes and pine nuts, sole fillets sautéed with lemon and capers and New York steak.
